Tell them they can't. You can't provide them with any contact details - including your address - unless there is a transaction in place.

Aint it strange... I make a post about this and over night someone is asking me to do the exact thing.I told them they have to pay first but they didnt care, they wanted to view first. I gave them a photo map of where I live. They asked for my postcode. I didnt give them. THEN I post here and get confirmed I am not allowed to divulge any information. THEN I find I am logged out of my account.

You're not logged out now, else you wouldn't be able to post here.

irrelevantly, I was logged out when you typed the word "now".

You're probably over-thinking it. There are dozens of reasons why you could have been logged out, only a few of which would have anything to do with you personally.
Anyway, if the worst that happened was that you were logged out, what's the problem? You obviously managed to log back in.

Just in case you were unaware. eBay can read your messages whenever they want to so if the photo you described had detailing they can see that.
Act on it too if they so choose.

As informed "you cannot" and if the buyer insists he cannot really buy on eBay. EBay simply does not permit contact.
You can cancel ["buyer asked to cancel" - wanted a service you cannot provide!] or if he does not pay then on day 4 open a non-payer case and he gets a defect.
Otherwise he has to pay and you deliver. If he does not approve the item he returns it after opening a Not as Described case. Of the two options I rather prefer the first.
