Three of my parcels this month was delivered 1 month late. Initially I asked for claim loss item compensation. I was told I will be compensated but 2 weeks later. After getting the compensation confirmation from packlink. I refunded my buyer. But 1 day before the due date of compensation, the parcel was apparently delivered; 1 month after the buyer had bought the item and my claim was rejected. ALSO HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. NEVER USING PACKLINK. 3 BAD SERVICE IN A MONTH IS OUTRAGOUS.
