Started to see some of my listings have been auto changed by Ebay without my permission, namely the shipping option of my selling is now only Ebay's Simple Delivery, (Royal Mail or Evri) neither are suitable for me at my location , (no local Evri and useless Post Office) however we have 3 inPost locker units in my town.
Whats going on anyone?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sellercentre/postage/simple-delivery (need to view as a private seller)
Was announced by the CEO in Oct last year, was supposed to be happening in April. It is now being rolled out slowly to all private sellers.
There are many threads about it on the discussion boards

Ah, okay. Came as a total surprise to me. Its weird when a system works really well then they decide to end it.
Thanks anyway, looking for a new selling platform. I wonder if Vinted is workable?

Vinted works the same as eBay from a delivery point of view. Like simple delivery, the buyer pays the postage to Vinted and Vinted supply you a label.
But Vinted do include InPost as an option.

I hate what they've done with this simple delivery nonsense. I prefer to use inpost too. What makes it worse is that up until recently inpost also accepted evri parcels in their lockers but now they don't.

Ebay have stated that they are working on adding more carriers to Simple Delivery including locker options.

That would be good, why did they remove it as an option in the first place, not making enoough money from it I would guess?
Where can I find Ebay's statement of that fact?

No, Vinted doesn't work the same, I also started selling with Vinted and their process is much simpler and... cheaper! eBay rates are higher (so they can get their cut) and seller protection fee is an extortion. My options are very limited too, on Vinted it's the buyer's choice who the courier is (as long as you, the seller, have them selected too). For example, InPost (now available on eBay) is £3.42 through eBay and with InPost I can pay as little as £1.99 (locker to shop) or £2.89 (to home address), so please explain where is the extra 53p goes to... oh wait, I know now where it goes 😄 and now multiply that by thousands of items sold on eBay each week... So no, Vinted isn't the same as they take much lower seller protection rate and don't try to make money on overpriced shipping costs.

I of course meant the process was the same, not necessarily the details.
