Simple delivery- postie not collecting

Twice i’ve selected for the postman to bring a label and collect. Twice nothings happened. I cant even find the buyers address to post it myself.

i only use a phone and im not buying a printer. It feels like you’re actively sabotaging a once brilliant marketplace. 
if i cant post the items, what then?

If it's the same label i.e. tracking number then I would have thought it would be fine. (But ebay does surprise me sometimes ...)

Oh thank you so much - that's the bit I was missing - I think the wording changes on the button, but only over ever-so slightly, when you've got the collection date selected.
