Royal Mail Is not an Integrated Postage Service WHEN!

As title says i had a look at a customers item that they say has not ariived yet and blazend across the top was royal mail is not an intergrated service.

When was that decided and when was we going to be told about it?

It's intergrated enough to allo the tracking number to be auto posted!

I've just posted a Royal Mail Tracked 24, purchased through the eBay app less than an hour ago. Dropped it off at a Royal Mail Parcel Box and have come back to check, also seeing the same message. Not had any issues the last few weeks doing the same. Hopefully temporary? 😬

I've had the same message on an order I have placed . I'm a seller too ,and have a package to send this morning with 48 hr tracked . A bit concerned about it .

I think, at the end of the day, it's still tracking correctly via Royal
Mail (it also updated that I created a label), and on the RM website shows
it's been dropped off. I think if there was a problem, eBay could manually
track it (buying the label through ebay is surely proof enough). 🤞 I
suspect a temporary bug/glitch with the platform connections.

It says exactly the same for Evri, Ebay is not integrated with anyone other than themselves and sellers who create misleading price listings which ebay allow.
