Post office rejected my letter?

I post Pokemon cards. Anything over £10 goes tracked 48 (2.70). Anything under does 2nd class untracked (0.87). 
I sent two untracked and one tracked. The untracked scanned fine. The tracker however threw up an error for the lady and said it’s not ‘eligible’ for large letter delivery. 
Any ideas?

There's a massive glitch going on with simple delivery postage.  Either try again on  Monday when hopefully ebay will have sorted it out, or buy your own postage.

It's a Post office/Royal Mail glitch which apparently will be sorted today.

I had to buy own postage.  Ebay is not letting me void the label they supplied or give me any way to get a refund on the postage (partial or otherwise).   Has anyone got any ideas on how to do this?
