Post Office Postage receipts.

I was told this morning at my Cheshire Post Office that since Saturday the Horizon Certificate of Posting for SD post labels are not showing the tracking number , no problems with non Ebay postage labels. They gave me a separate receipt with the bar code on it.    

On Saturday morning a different Post Office couldn't give me a receipt at all and the parcel didn't show up on Ebay until 10pm when it went through the RoyalMail North West hub.

Anybody else having problems with Post Office receipts?

Seems to be a common problem. I took an RM 48 hour tracked parcel to the Post Office this afternoon and the young lady told  me that items starting with 'YA' could be scanned but no receipt could be given. She assured that as it scanned ok it would go through as normal. I took her word for it and hopefully it will show up in the tracking in due course

Yes had same probmlem this morning at Post Office COOP in Deal Kent.  Sent 3 parcels no receipt tracking not working.

I've had the same happen to me and I gave 10 parcels but now I am worried because it is not showing up as being tracked on Royal website... 😟

My item has shown up as tracked and in the system so all seems well
