Hi there.
I've been trying to get organised with some accounting stuff this week and found that there is no records for any labels purchased through parcelforce (possibly DPD also, but I'm not 100% sure if I shipped using them this year)
The charges have still come out of my bank marked as EbayUK, but there is no proof of purchase or any record of tracking even on the detailed spreadsheet report. Where all the other labels purchased through packlink show up with the tracking next to the order, there isn't any tracking or anything next the the orders shipped using Parcelforce.
Am I missing something? I have looked everywhere. Many thanks.
