Booking Collection By Royal Mail

I sold an item and wanted to book a collection via Royal Mail but after I downloaded the postage label the link to book a collection disappeared.  If I book it through the Royal Mail website it costs 30p.  Does anyone know how to access the link through Ebay?

Amongst its other problem is that Simple Delivery is still in development so constantly changing.  The Book Collection button was there when I last used it on Saturday night but that's not to say it'll be there now.  If it has gone it may well return at some point but that's not much help to you NOW.

You could take the item to a Post Office or you'll just have to pay the 30p.  If you have more than one parcel to go at one time you only need book, and pay for, one collection.  This is in the confirmation e-mails that RM send to confirm your collection.

I'm adding 30p to my start prices to cover myself.

It will still cost 30p. That is now the ongoing cost of a RM collection however you buy it.

Will be adding 30p extra when I can be bothered to. I’m a business seller but I don’t know how I be got over 200 different ways of postage.
