Selling an item: Listing won't let me select any postage option bigger than medium parcel

I am selling a framed picture but when creating the listing, the maximum size shown for postage is medium parcel - which is too small. I have tried increasing the dimensions but am not sure what else I can do. any suggestions most welcome!

You should be able to opt out of Simple Delivery to choose your own postage for large items.   It's not working properly but see the workaround solution on here:
