Seller does not understand tha he must take care of the shipping

Hi,
I tried to buy the from the £60 offer he made but got the following message:
"Unfortunately, this seller won't send this item to SWEDEN,"
When I told him that he had to make it possible to have it posted to me first, then I'll buy it, he replied that I had to contact Ebay in that matter.
I wrote back to him that he must be misinformed and it's always the seller who has to provide the cost of postage and shipment. But he insisted he doesn't have to do anything, it's me that should take care of the shipping. I give up soon, can you help me?

You are correct, the seller sets the postage options.

However, if your seller ships internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Programme and they've excluded Sweden for this item, there is nothing you can do here.
