I he opened a change of mind return and you do not accept returns for change of mind you may decline it.
But bear in mind they could start a chargeback from their bank further down the line which you would probably lose, so you may be wise to accept this return and allow him to return it, and refund on return.
For the reason they don't like it they will have to pay the postage themselves.
