I didn't sell phone because the price was too cheap. I forgot to put a reserve on the phone and have now been charged £145 . The charge seems to be ridiculously high. I've only just noticed due to be out of the country for many weeks working. Is there anything I can do? Thanks

Ebay found you a buyer, so they expect the fee you agreed to.
Be warned, ebay are quick to pass debts to collection agents.
As a private seller, there are now no ebay selling fees, but you listed before this started.

"I have been charged for something I never sold? Is this allowed? "
But you did sell the phone - you refused to honour the transaction and that's not allowed.
Perhaps you thought you could relist as there's no fees now for private seller?
