Payout and postage query

Hello, I sold an item for 15.39 (12 plus 3.39 postage) yet I only got paid 8.61 into my account. Does anyone know what happened to the missing 3.39. is it possible to be charged twice for postage by accident?

We are members like you, we cannot see your account, but you can. Why not look at PAYMENTS ALL TRANSACTIONS?
