Item not received

I have a huge problem since I have not received my item and I contacted the seller who said that it would come, and then I waited for it again and there still was nothing, then I wrote them again here in January after returning for holidays because I was hoping my order would come in January, but still nothing. And now e-bay he just closed the case and I have no idea how to get help or my money back. Has anyone tried the same? What do I do?

You dont need to keep on with the seller you just open a dispute and follow it through

If you opened a not received dispute then you have to go back and escalate to ebay on day 4 if you do not revieve your refund.

You have left it too late to do anything on ebay now and the case has closed.

If you have gone over the period to claim for a full refund,  that is,  more than 30 days have lapsed from your item's last estimated date for delivery,  then yes,  the case will have timed out and closed.

 

The seller played you with excuses and promises and you went over the deadline to claim.  Never listen to a seller who is dragging out a reason for a refund,  there is no reason,  they should refund,  if they don't , you escalate on day 4 for a full refund.

 

You will need to now turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.
