hi customer opened a returns
upon checking ebay it states she has posted it back to me,
ebay message me this morning and its been delivered back to me, the returns address is the argos address I sent it too and it says its ready for collection so its not been delivered back to me
checking royal mail tracking she has not even posted it
spoke to customer and she did not a returns request
