I find of late that ebay is making it difficult for customers such as myself to return an item.
Ever since they illegally obtained my friends number which they called him back on, they have acted like they do not have of by constantly asking for agent to call back. NO!. I WANT to speak with an agent in regards to an item i want to return as it was falsely advertised.
The seller wanted to deduct £1. Off an item which cost me £6 and said he will deduct £3.25 off my refund price . Absolutely not. The item is fit for a 2 year old , yet alone an item. The nerve.
I want this sorted and for ebay to allow me to speak online to an advisor.

Best to open an official 'Not as described' case within 30 days from item receipt through eBay and escalate on day 4 onwards >

Ebay MBG is all over ebay.
As long as used correctly, seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.
Your last negative feedback says seller refunded you without needing to return item.
Regards your friends phone, all was explained before.

It's easy to return an item and you don't need to speak with an advisor if you've received an item that's not as described.
Simply open an eBay return and select 'doesn't match description or photos' if that's the case, and your seller will need to supply you with a pre-paid returns label:

That us a no brainer. In my case the seller has stated that he will deduct £3,25 off my refund which is audacious given the headphones is not as described . Hence why i need to speak with an advisor. 🙄. I would like to return the item and receive a FULL refund

How can i ensure this without ebay given the facility to do so ue: speaking with an advisor?. I could send it back and the seller still short me out of £3. The headphones is dreadful. It is very cheap looking. I bought one from the flea marker for £3 and that was miles better. Unfortunately, it broke, hence why i ordered one from ebay

The time to report is when/if the seller issues a partial refund.
Right now that hasn't happened and ebay can't stop it even if you contact them.
I suggest you post your questions on the main boards in future as you don't seem to accept any responses we give you.
All members, not just mentors, can respond on the main boards.

Then follows the return instructions and open an eBay return. It doesn't matter what the seller says. If the headphones aren't as described and you follow the correct returns process you'll receive a full refund.
You don't need to speak with an advisor.
