Account gone below standard

hello,

  Can someone help me here regarding my account gone below standard. I have tried to remove the defects but it says it is not eligible for removal.

My previous virtual assistant who I gave my account to put the store in a bad condition and due to me being busy with my job I was not able to check on it regularly and left it in his hands as he liked

Now I see it is a grave mistake

can someone help me or refer to remove these defects from my store

furthermore what measures do I need to take to make it above standard

We have no access to your account to see your seller dashboard that will tell you exactly where you need to improve matters to bring your standard up to the required ' Above Standard for Selling'  for eBay.

However,  what is obvious from your feedback is the number of non deliveries,  if buyers here escalated for a refund it would bring you those damaging defects.

You need to sell as many items as possible, and post promptly to try and get that % level up.
