Payments on hold

Ebay won't pay until item delivered,  i used their postal service and printed a label for a 2nd class royal mail, buyer confirming item delivered and left feedback now Ebay say the label isn't tracked so they don't know if its been delivered so payment on hold any help please

eBay are currently experiencing an issue with tracking on some items not updating.

I'll tag Community Manager dave@ebay   who is dealing with this,  and he can add your account to the ' bug ticket'.
