How do I get a refund for an undelivered item?   The deal is from 8 March. I paid Credit Card method same day  I don't have item , and any back money. I opened a dispute for the seller from Ebay website- please to send again, Seller wrote back to me e-mail , that he would send the shipment express 24h,  but not delivered again 😞  And Ebay automatically close this request on 26 Apr 2021. , but I didn't get the purchased item and the guaranteed money back from seller...  I know , its just 15 pounds , its my second same situation. I purchesed an item and not received it, I emailed the seller 3/4 times with no recponce, I then went to the reselution centre about it, when I clicked on the item it said that it was not paid for. I checked my bank account & my pay pal account, both having the amount taken out. I tried to contact the seller to show the item was paid for but got no joy out of the seller and now I cant go any further with the refund. Anyone with advice about this probelem please. I am a buisness seller selling fabric and leather hides in the crafts section .I was told it is 12.8% of my sales  plus postage plus 30p ....I sold an item for £18 + £3 postage .My charges  were £3.15p.
