How do I get a refund for undelivered item ?

How do I get a refund for an undelivered item?  

The deal is from 8 March. I paid Credit Card method same day 

I don't have item , and any back money.

I opened a dispute for the seller from Ebay website- please to send again,

Seller wrote back to me e-mail , that he would send the shipment express 24h,

 but not delivered again 😞 

And Ebay automatically close this request on 26 Apr 2021. , but

I didn't get the purchased item and the guaranteed money back from seller... 

I know , its just 15 pounds , its my second same situation.

But the previous situation was paid by paypal and there was no nothing problem

8 March - transaction date

17 March - Estimated deliverry date

28 March - I request to Ebay , and message to seller

3 April - Its answer from seller about 24h will be delivered

19 April - I ask again , where is item ? ... and waiting on reaction

And now need i will request to my bank ?

does Ebay give just one month  from the transaction date for money back guarantee ?

You have 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not Received. You were out of time. You should be covered by your Credit Card Company or PayPal if they processed your Card Payment.
