What is the 30p order-level fee,  I see on my offer of 50% reduced selling fees today?

It will mean that you get 50% off the 12.8% fee, but still pay the 30p processing.

No, the 30p is part of the total selling fee you pay when an item sells, you pay 12.8% plus 30p per transaction, when an item sells.

Thank you. So it seems that total charges are really not different from the
system under PayPal? As a long-term hobby seller just for pocket money, it
won't really make any difference, I guess. Thanks again

That's correct, if you are happy to wait a few days for payouts to actually be available, then no real change at all, even paying albeit a little, but less in fees!

Under eBay's Managed Payments you are paying a total in fees of £12.8% plus a 30p per transaction.

Before it was 10% to eBay and 2.9% plus 30p to Paypal.

The 30p is a processing order fee.
