I purchesed an item and not received it, I emailed the seller 3/4 times with no recponce, I then went to the reselution centre about it, when I clicked on the item it said that it was not paid for. I checked my bank account & my pay pal account, both having the amount taken out. I tried to contact the seller to show the item was paid for but got no joy out of the seller and now I cant go any further with the refund.
Anyone with advice about this probelem please.

Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
