Buying from China.

Hi there.

I have a wierd question.

Has anyone bought the same item twice, from two different seller in China, and only have them contact you a day or so after payment to say it's either lost in the post or damaged and returned, without even you seeing it??

That's two refunds.

I don't think it's particularly wierd.

Sellers often find some excuse to cancel a sale, for example if they're out of stock, and not only in China.

As you bough the same item twice both sellers may obtaining their stock from the same source. It might even be the same seller trading under more than one name.

Could actually be the same seller different ids?

Have you recived the refunds

If you have what was the reason they gave/

If they chose the wrong reason like buyer requested refund then you can report to ebay as they are avoiding fees

Leave appropriate feedback but make sure you dont mention ebay or dispute
