i bought an apple watch and when it arrived it was iCloud locked. After much exchanging of messages the seller has admitted it was cloud locked and has agreed to send a return label . He has now messaged today the address on the returns label is wrong - label says flat 85 but wants it sent to flat 86. I can't get a phone number for eBay to seek advice. I have had 2 messages from 2 different sellers, asking me to sell my £600 laptop to them via Paypal. Both have offered £29 postage to an address in Birmingham. Obviously I smell a rat and will not sell outside of eBay. How can I report these accounts to try and get them closed down? Bought an item, local collection. Paid with paypal. After 3 emails asking for address and when I could collect the Seller finnaly replied claiming that the item was damaged over the weekend (which would have been before the listing ended), and so can't sell it to me. They would cancel it and give me a refund.    Surprisingly, no refund.  It doesn't seem obvious how to contact ebay or how to get my money back. morning all so sold an item, buyer opened INR case, I supplied postal information and case was closed in my favour, item was actually awaiting collection at local office,  this morning im scrolling through my sold list and under this item it says neutral feedback received, gone onto my feedback and cant see it, have gone to buyers feedback, and cant see it on there either surely as a seller i have the right to at least see what has been said about me, and also would have thought id the option to reply thanks in advance ... I am a private seller and often buyers will buy two or more items from me but do not ask me to combine postage.  In such instances, I tend to post in one parcel and refund the buyer the excess postage. Under managed payments however, eBay will not adjust the sellers fee.  I feel this is unfair as charging a fee on the postage is already a liberty - I do not make money off the postage.   What do I do?  1. Be fair, make the refund and take the hit? 2. Not give a refund even if I do put the items into one parcel? 3. Post each item individually.    In my listing I suggest buyers ask me to combine before they pay but many do not.  eBay should make it clearer to buyers that they need to do this before paying.    Appreciate any thoughts on this.  Thank you.    ...
