Hi  all I just received my packages and realised that I have been charged wey too much for the cost of postage.  I bought 5 items for which I was charged £3.20 each for post. What is surprising is that I received all items in one package and the seller has paid £4.20 for everything. Isn't that a bit deceptive?. Hi,   I have just spent considerable time reading threads on the topic of Managed Payments (with interest and sometimes despair!). However, it was time well spent for me as I am new to selling on eBay and it focused a couple of questions in my mind that I am hoping you may be able to answer for me.   I listed my first couple of items to sell 3 days ago (got a bid on one of them at time of posting this) and they are still active listings, as I put them on for 7 days. I know that I need to complete my registration for managed payments in order to receive any payments due to me from buyers. I am considering opening another bank account solely for eBay transactions, both in and out, so as to separate it from my existing personal bank account. I know I won't be able to do this before my active listings end, so I will need to link my current bank account, for now. With this in mind, I wondered the following:    - Can you change the bank account that is linked to eBay Managed Payments?  - Can you change the Payment Schedule (e.g. daily to weekly or vice versa), if required?   Hoping this makes sense! I purchased an item 27/6/21. On 30/6/21 Seller emails me to say  it is damaged. I request a refund but he said he couldnt do that due to issue with his account. I attempt to alert ebay but get 'too soon, item is on its way' I initiate a 'return for refund' in error & immediatly cancel it. I am now not able to initiate 'did not recieve' The seller has not contacted me at all despite emailing him. I cannot get any help from ebay as it now looks as though it arrived because of my error! I sold a pair of trainers and sent them Last Monday, I have tracked the postage and says item was delivered on the 30th June 11:15, however the same day the buyer sent a message stating they had not received the item at 15:00 the same day. Hi.   I sold a fan and remote. I forgot to send remote with inital fan parcel   So i got remote to buyer a day later. Buyer then leaves return case open for 3 weeks, returning item AFTER case has closed "due to missing parts" (there was no missing parts)   I then  recieve back fan + remote in same visual condition, I try fan that works but the REMOTE DOES NOT   Now since case was closed after 28th June as he didnt send item, but he sent it after, case was reopened in his favour by 1st June even before I got to check parcel. Today is when I check parcel for myself, and I find remote is useless. most likely water damaged. Buyer did say it was for his disabled daughter which is why I guess it no longer works but why wont ebay help me open a case? instead they trying to get me to contact trading standards?  HELLO? EBAY?
