Buyer won't pay price

I sold a ps4 yesterday and the winning bidder contacted me today and asked me to reduce the item by £18 obviously I don't want to do that. Any advice? Can I cancel the sale?

Don't cancel or agree to any discount requests ... you will still pay FVF 12.8% fees on the sold price including shipping costs ... instead recover those fees here if payment is not received >> see >>

Check the eBay Auto open, actioned  and Auto close > Unpaid/Late payers/Cancel case process which  can be closed after 5 days to recover your selling fees and give timewasters a non payment strike  

Sellers can also set their Preferences to handle Unpaid cases manually >
