Fraud by messages

I have had 2 messages from 2 different sellers, asking me to sell my £600 laptop to them via Paypal. Both have offered £29 postage to an address in Birmingham. Obviously I smell a rat and will not sell outside of eBay. How can I report these accounts to try and get them closed down? I can only seem to report a Buyer. they have not bought the item, so I can see no way of reporting them

just block them and leave it.

If you bring matters to eBay's attention they might question your private seller registration.
