Hello, I have had 3 fraudulent purchases on my ebay account and 2 fraudulent bids. 2 purchases have been refunded, and the 2 bids for £100+ has been retracted by eBay. However, I still have a £170 purchase outstanding 1. The seller is refusing to refund 2. Has then deleted the item so I have no contact, reviews etc. 3. The buyer hasn’t received the items, I have sent the buyer proof of postage. The buyer took a case out to say she hasn’t received the items on the 20/11/2020 I sent her proof of postage via email. She then on 21/11/2020 closed the cases. So I assume she had received the items. I now have had a email from the buyer saying she hasn’t received the items. What do I do now ... View more

Hi, I hope someone can help. I was the winning bidder of an iphone and paid straight away via paypal, 5 minutes later the seller then cancelled the order. When I messaged him to ask why he cancelled the order he said that he sold it to someone else for a much better price and he was just posting it to the other person. It looked like he managed to cancel it on behalf of the buyer (myself) which seems strange. He has now messaged me to say I have to agree to the cancellation before I can get my refund but I haven't agreed to the cancellation as I never wanted to cancel it.  I have since given him bad feedback and reported him to eBay for being in breech of their policies. I also informed paypal but the payment had already gone through. I could not find out how to get eBay to step in as it just seems to loop me around from one information page to the next.  I don't want to agree to the cancellation yet as I fear the records will disappear and he gets away with it. Does anyone know how I can get eBay to step in? I want my money back but I also think the buyer should be charged the full selling fee to discourage him from doing this again.    ... View more

Hi I have looked at a spin bike on ebay but need to check that it is the correct size for me. I am 6ft 2 inches and need a bike that adjusts for my leg length otherwise using the bike could cause injury. Even though the seller is willing ot let me look at the item ebay will not allow the seller to provide me with his address details. I realsie some people will try to avoid the ebay fees but as a genuine buyer and a relieable seller it seems odd we are unable to do a deal due to this situation? Anyone got any ideas? Thanks Ken ... I have opened a case due to seller sending counterfeit items when listed as genuine I have followed all the instructions on sending item back with eBay label as eBay said they would refund, they said once item had been recieved back to seller I would get a refund, item has been delivered but my status is still saying awaiting dispatch I can't speak to anybody what do I do please. ...
