refunds on non-recepit

I have items to three separate buyers which have not been delivered. Royal Mail tracking info is useless. I'm happy to refund and presumably I can claim from Royal Mail, but what happens if the items are delivered after I've refunded them?

Ask your Buyers to Open Item Not Received Cases with Ebay. You have 3 Business days before you have to Accept and Refund. The Items may have been Delivered by then. Royal Mail are over loaded with Parcels atm. Very busy.

If you Refund before the Items are actually Delivered you can send your Buyers a PayPal Money Request and hope they Pay.

The buyers must open non-receipt cases and you refund.  Do not be tempted to refund without a case.  You can try to claim from Royal Mail.  There are some exclusions.  If they are later delivered then the buyer - if honest - can pay through Paypal
