IF they were bought on ebay then you open an ebay dispute
If the item is not there then it will be ebay that has removed it
You may still get the item
If not then see the link on what to do if an item is removed
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/creating-managing-listings/removed-listings?id=4656
You could phone ebay and see what they do
Top of the page under Help and contact then scroll to the bottom of the page for the contact details
it will be Call back or chat
I'm sorry, but your question is so confusing that I can't even attempt to answer.
It isn't even clear whether you are the seller or the buyer?
What do you mean by "fraudulent purchases"? Or if you're the buyer, do you mean fraudulent sales?
Sellers can't delete items after a sale, or refuse to refund if the buyer follows the correct procedures.
Could you try to explain exactly what has happened, and remember that we can't offer advice on multiple transactions unless the circumstances are the same.
