Counterfeit items

I have opened a case due to seller sending counterfeit items when listed as genuine I have followed all the instructions on sending item back with eBay label as eBay said they would refund, they said once item had been recieved back to seller I would get a refund, item has been delivered but my status is still saying awaiting dispatch I can't speak to anybody what do I do please.

As long as its more than 3 days since seller received return go to resolution centre to find your case and escalate to eBay
