I have been trying to update and add a listing for approx. a week now, but have the following error message:
Answer a security question
What other eBay user ID is associated with your current address?
We do not have another ID associated with our address whih is very strange.
I am then prompted to Call and mention security code .....
Whenever I call, it states that 'our offices are now closed', even though it states they are open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
The 3rd method is to text a code to my mobile, but when I select this option, it states technical issues.
I just wanted to find out if anyone else is having a similar issue and how we can recify it please.
