eBay

Is there any way in which I can report a message from a seller to eBay?   I have received a message from the seller, asking me to change my Feedback and offering me their version of what they would like me to post. This is totally unacceptable because it would be dishonest and fake   I experienced problems with the seller when I requested a return and refund. I had to ask eBay to step in and they organised the refund immediately. The goods have still not been returned because they have closed the case and no-one seems to want them back   Surely it is against the rules for a seller to 'harass' a buyer in this way? I cannot find out how I can forward the message to eBay for them to deal with. I would appreciate any help   ... View more

Hi, I want to leave positive feedback for an order that has just arrived - a pallet of books - which took the seller some time to fill and deliver. Is this at all possible? Incorrect item sent, after many messages we agreed I would return it for refund. Seller sent me a prepaid returns label and the package was sent back on 21st November. They now claim it failed to arrive so will not refund me. What can I do?? ... View more

I contacted a seller twice about a ring he is selling. I wanted further details. I ordered a book from a seller on ebay, I did not receive a confirmation email so I was a bit worried. The book did not come and and I looked into it and found out the seller had chaged his selleres name and was calling himself by another name,same listing.I looed into his details and found out his address was  hanger 6 at a london airport.I would have ebay would not have accepted a seller with no proper address. I got a friend to buy me something from ebay (I dont have a paypa account) and I carefully selected a supplier in England. This was deliberate in case I had a problem and also postal times were significant to me.. Hi everyone I hope you are well I bought a SD mini memory card and the card is now broken, so I want to claim it to the manufacturer and I need a recipe to proof my purchase. Hi All,   A buyer has marked my feedback as positive but mistakenly cut and paste a response for a different purchase that states, "Charged 3 times for shipping for all 3 to arrive in on box.sly to steal money."  I have contacted him and he states that because it is marked as positive he cannot find a way to change it. I can't challenge it as it is not a "negative" feedback.   I have search through various help topics but ti can find no solutions for this type of thing and there are no "other" options when contacting eBay.   Does anyone have any ideas how I can get this rectified.   Thanks for looking.   Jon ... Hi all, last week I spent hours reporting an issue where eBay are estimating my delivery dates for goods I sell, and although I have them advertised as dispatched within one day and with a next day service, the advert reads that delivery estimated in excess of a week. I was told this was a glitch in the system that is being worked upon to rectify. Can anyone shed any light on this, as the problem still persists and devalues our appeal and service offered. I received an email this morning telling me my account has been restricted because its linked to another another account. That account belonges to my ex friend with whom I don't have any contact since May 2020. I did contact ebay but didn't get any resolution. I'm really upset and need help what to do.
