Item sent back for refund but still waiting!!!

Incorrect item sent, after many messages we agreed I would return it for refund. Seller sent me a prepaid returns label and the package was sent back on 21st November. They now claim it failed to arrive so will not refund me. What can I do??

You had 30 days to escalate case, too late now, it will have closed.

If you still have tracking number, open paypal case & add tracking, ESCALATE after 2 days.
