Buyer had paid but hasn't collected

After multiple messages requesting buyer to collect the item they have paid for by PayPal, the listing was collection only, I am now no longer receiving a reply, what are my options to cancel the order and refund the buyer

Go to More Actions, far right of item on your sold page > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address, which is the nearest one to this situation as it's possible they are too far away to collect.   The refund will be issued automatically.

You can do but as you have already contacted them without reply it seems unlikely they will answer now.

Contact them and ask them if they want to cancel

If they do then they need to send a proper Cancellation request through ebay

You accept it and refund

You will lose the paypal fees

If you do it the wrong way then you could pay the fees and a defect

They should reply to you but in the situation at the moment they could be ill

Really in lockdown members should not be going to other peoples home to collect items

The listing ended before this lockdown was announced , but I appreciate collection is not the best option during these uncertain times, and I hope that the buyer is well
