I hope you are well
I bought a SD mini memory card and the card is now broken, so I want to claim it to the manufacturer and I need a recipe to proof my purchase. I didn’t get this recipe when this purchase happened, so I asked seller about it and the answer was , eBay keeps invoices for 3 months and next deletes it and they can’t help me with this , so my question is, where can I find my other invoices on eBay and in general is it true?

Log into your Paypal account and print off the transaction there,  it's the nearest you will get to an invoice,  if the seller cannot help you.

Many thanks for your help , I found some kind of invoice into my PayPal and I’m on my good way to resolving this problem
