A seller's message

Is there any way in which I can report a message from a seller to eBay?

I have received a message from the seller, asking me to change my Feedback and offering me their version of what they would like me to post. This is totally unacceptable because it would be dishonest and fake

I experienced problems with the seller when I requested a return and refund. I had to ask eBay to step in and they organised the refund immediately. The goods have still not been returned because they have closed the case and no-one seems to want them back

Surely it is against the rules for a seller to 'harass' a buyer in this way? I cannot find out how I can forward the message to eBay for them to deal with. I would appreciate any help

Ignore them!  Sometimes they even offer you money!  That's likely to arrive isn't it?

Technically they could get that feedback removed by eBay in any event as it mentions "eBay" and "refund" which is against ebay's rules.

If you need a refund then the correct way forward is to open a case through the resolution centre.  If seller acts quickly he will not be penaalised but if you have to escalate he gets a defect

Typical Chinese seller attitude, just ignore them.

If they report your comments, ebay will remove them, as you are not allowed to mention ebay, case or refund.
