Hi everyone.   I bought an item on ebay and went through checkout, paid with Paypal etc. But Ebay removed the item and cancelled the sale. It seems the "sellers" account was hacked and I don't know how to get my money back. Ebay help tells me to request the sale is cancelled, but they have already cancelled it. I followed the returns procedure on returning an item (11th Jan) I was supposed to receive a refund within 2 days, which I haven't! I then went through the Ebay procedure of raising an issue, was supposed to get a reply within 24-48hrs and that hasn't happened either. I contacted the seller they haven't replied. And my situation doesn't seem to fit on the Resolution Centre? I'm at a loss of what to do next. The seller accepted the refund, I returned via the printed label. i subscribed to the 5 x nectar points offer in advance of making a purchase but it isn't displaying the number of points to be earned? Yesterday, as requested by ebay  I changed the way I receive payments for items sold from Paypal to my personal bank account. This afternoon I have sold 2 items which I have been informed have been paid for. I have checked the payment options in my seller account, and it says the monies are ' processing ' it has been like this since they were paid for a few hours ago.
