I followed the returns procedure on returning an item (11th Jan) I was supposed to receive a refund within 2 days, which I haven't! I then went through the Ebay procedure of raising an issue, was supposed to get a reply within 24-48hrs and that hasn't happened either. I contacted the seller they haven't replied. And my situation doesn't seem to fit on the Resolution Centre? I'm at a loss of what to do next. The seller accepted the refund, I returned via the printed label. Can anyone suggest what I can do next? Unless I'm being too impatient, it is however nearly £300 and I'm a little more than concerned 😩
