Request a refund

I followed the returns procedure on returning an item (11th Jan) I was supposed to receive a refund within 2 days, which I haven't! I then went through the Ebay procedure of raising an issue, was supposed to get a reply within 24-48hrs and that hasn't happened either. I contacted the seller they haven't replied. And my situation doesn't seem to fit on the Resolution Centre? I'm at a loss of what to do next.

The seller accepted the refund, I returned via the printed label.

Can anyone suggest what I can do next?
Unless I'm being too impatient, it is however nearly £300 and I'm a little more than concerned 😩

If you haven't done so already escalate the case to eBay at least 3 working days after you started it and they will enforce the refund.   Click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

Also bear in mind that refunds return to the source of the original payment and often take longer than eBay say. If you used your debit card, with or without Paypal, the money will return to your bank account in about 7 days. Credit card refunds return to card in up to 30 days.
