I am reying to downgrade my account, as i have not used Ebay for selling for years now. But when i tried to change the settings, this message came up: "Sorry, you cannot change your business account to a personal account." What could be preventing the change? Thank you

you can't change from a business to a private account manually

you have to contact ebay CS and convince them you are no longer trading
