Hi there, I have a listing that ends in 8 hours. The highest bid last night was £62, but it has now dropped to £40. This is because 2 bidders retracted 4 bids, each at the same time as each other. The current winning bidder is one of the two retracters. This seems far too coincidental to not be shill bidding. The highest bidder now has the item for a £20 less than they originally agreed to with their previous bid. Can anyone help with this? Should I wait until the listing is over to report this? Hi All I have just sold for the first time for a long time and the way we receive payment has changed... I have had emails saying the buyer has paid but i'm still waiting for the money to hit my bank, 2 days later. I was almost scammed a while ago when selling a phone with very good fake emails so i'm nervous of this. I'm waiting for a partial refund on an item. The seller is new to eBay so policy states "monies on hold for 21 day for new sellers" - my problem is it's now well beyond the 21 days (is that 21 working days maybe) but the seller still says the monies haven't arrived. There's no way of checking his story, under the payments through PayPal system you knew the money had arrived, but with eBay taking control, there's no information on the monies status  ... Do eBay now take all fees owed on other items when a current item is sold? I just made a loss on an item because eBay used it for fees on items that are still active and don't even have any bids yet?   Also, are reserve price fees refunded? Logged in to my account this morning and all the comments on my feedback have disappeared.   I have the feedback button on visible, and i haven't deleted anything.   I can no longer see ANY of my feedback thats been left for me NOR the comments i've left for others.   Does anyone know why this has happened please?   Absolutely confused. ... I am a buyer and have previously brought products from a seller without issue and left them positive feedback.   Unfortunately my last item was delivered to me damaged - to the extent that the postman gave to me in a sealed rubbish bag and warned me to throw away immediately as containers inside had smashed and liquid inside had fully leaked out.   I immediately took a picture of bag before disposing, contacted the seller explaining and also raise a return request.   To be fair to the seller has accepted the return via automated eBay system that generates a return label - for above reasons I cannot return so have again emailed seller but no response - I am trying to find a way of informing eBay of situation and / or move this along as eBay account states action required on my part.   Does anyone have any suggestions as first time ever had problem on eBay - thanks. ... I have been given a 3day suspension for selling what ebay believe is a fake item, now i believe its real and did as many checks as i possibly could with the 2nd hand item but once i realised after a buyer was very rude i decided it wasnt worth the hassle and deleted listing myself within 24hours of listing it, now today obviously after a complaint by the rude buyer who sent me the message ebay have said they have taken my item down today (which is wrong as i took it down myself days ago) and given me a 3day suspension for selling items of mine and listings will not be available to see for potential buyers, i think this is wrong and completely unnecessary as i did the honest thing in taking it down myself when there was a slight chance i could be wrong (i still think i am right and they are legit but was willing to take down and do further research with item) how do i stand as i think its unfair any help in matter much appreciated  ... Hi,   I've got an offer on an auction item, I did have a BUY IT NOW price but that has disappeared as the auction now has several bids.   The offer is to view the item and buy in person if they like it - as they will be travelling a long way they do not want to make the trip twice you see.   However I realise if I sell outside of eBay I can be penalised for this, so how can I sell something for cash outside of eBay but still pay the eBay fees??   Thanks, Andy. ... Hi, Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, I have been trying to leave feed back , I usually  click the account  icon and then feedback icon and the feedback screen comes up, but for some reason when I click the feedback icon  all that comes up is the reply to feedback screen.  Has ebay changed something?  ...
