Returns

I am a buyer and have previously brought products from a seller without issue and left them positive feedback.

Unfortunately my last item was delivered to me damaged - to the extent that the postman gave to me in a sealed rubbish bag and warned me to throw away immediately as containers inside had smashed and liquid inside had fully leaked out.

I immediately took a picture of bag before disposing, contacted the seller explaining and also raise a return request.

To be fair to the seller has accepted the return via automated eBay system that generates a return label - for above reasons I cannot return so have again emailed seller but no response - I am trying to find a way of informing eBay of situation and / or move this along as eBay account states action required on my part.

Does anyone have any suggestions as first time ever had problem on eBay - thanks.

Inform your seller again that the item is smashed and cannot be posted back,  they should then refund you  now,  they can do this without waiting for a return.

If they do not contact eBay Customer Services and explain the situation.  Their lines open at 8 a.m.

Contact them this way.

The contact links can be found on the left on that page.

Lines open today between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
