Hi,   May sound like a dumb question but I can't seem to find any answers and eBay CS don't have a clue. I have just registered for VAT as I am nearing the threshold. I have upodated my VAT reg number and manually gone through all my listings adding the correct VAT amount to each one.  My question is do Ebay calculate or collect the VAT for me or do I still need to complete my own VAT return and send the correct amount to HMRC?  If yes, can I do this using the quarterly sales report?   Many thanks in advance. I issued a partial refund to a buyer directly in paypal as he reclaimed the item arrived faulty. I got to know the item was falsely reclaimed as faulty during assisting the buyer to resolve the issue he met. Now the buyer refused to send refund back, so I opened a ticket to report this buyer in resolution center. Is it a correct action to involve judgement from eBay and get my money back? ... View more

I bid on a usb zip drive, my bid was cancelled, the reason 'item no longer available'.   When I look at the sellers page there is an identical item, that wasn't there yesterday, starting at £35 (the original was starting at £20).   It looks very like the seller has removed the original item and re-added it at a considerably higher price after receiving a bid that he/she didn't like.   Is that acceptable behaviour?   I only just came back to ebay, I had an account from 2001 to 2019 and hadn't ever seen this. ... Hi,    It looks as though someone has, somehow managed to hack my account and purchased "100 dogo coins" or something of that effect. It's some kind of crypo mining currency.   What's the best way to go about contacting someone to issue a refund and get this stopped please. A bidder has bid on my item . Checking feedback it appears they are in the habit of bidding but have a high incidence of non payment. I feel very uncomfortable with this bidder and am very tempted to remove their bid and block them .  I know that the sellers should not be leaving negative remarks on this buyers feedback page but he does come across as high risk .
