A bidder has bid on my item .27 feedbacks ...6 are non payments .

A bidder has bid on my item . Checking feedback it appears they are in the habit of bidding but have a high incidence of non payment. I feel very uncomfortable with this bidder and am very tempted to remove their bid and block them . 
I know that the sellers should not be leaving negative remarks on this buyers feedback page but he does come across as high risk . What would others do in this situation ...

Rather than worry about non payers, you are more likely to get scammed.

Jewellery & all items over £50 must be sent RM Special delivery.

If buyer claims not received or damaged, you will have to refund them & RM won't refund you if you use wrong service.

I do post out Special Delivery for my jewellery items and state it in the description. Thanks ...

P&P section doesn't say that, why not?

I know the P&P does not say that because to be honest despite searching the numerous postal options I could not find the Special Delivery option . However its made clear in the description that high volume items are posted Special Delivery .
