good morning all, has anyone had an increase in some customers stating you only sent one instead of two items. or the mail was open and, but the label wasn`t damaged, oddly. in respect to the damaged and missing contents none of them can provide many if any pictures. i ask for the royal mail damaged bag and dated letter and none can provide any evidence, i worked as postman for 21 years. to post empty envelopes knowing they were open was a quick way to loose your pension and job. simply you HAD to put in a RM damaged bag with a dated letter. if you spotted an open letter then you would have to write "open" date it and take back the next morning to show the manager. i offer to resend or refund, if that`s what they want. but it`s getting expensive? any ideas, in how to deal with these i guess 100% honest people in the correct way? thanks
