I haven't been able to get a refund through ebay or paypal for an item that was sent to me mouldy.
I have the tracking number and proof that I sent it and it is safely with royal mail. However the seller (who won't reply to any messages) isn't going to collect the package (which I guesse they have as they can't get it through the post box).
Neither paypal nor ebay will refund me untill the seller picks up the package, this seems extreemly unfair and doesn't stand up to the claim of 'buyer protection'. I have tried everything and can't get through to anyone who seems to understand how ridiculous this is (especially given the item is totally mouldy!!).
Any advice much appretiated!!!
