Hello, we agreed with the seller to refund me 40 euros without returning the product to him. He agreed, but said that he could not do anything until the case was opened (he sent a ticket for postage). How to close the case and receive his money..?

Hallo ,The seller agrees to return part of the amount (40 euro ), but what needs to be done .... The case must be closed to return my money. What are the steps or do it. There is no " help and contact" department option to cancel the voucher for postage and request a partial refund .....?

If you have opened a case, ten it is up to seller to refund through the case. If he has agreed that item does not need to be returned, he just refunds. If you escalate to ebay for help they will expect to see proof of item being returned.

It rather seems as though without the willing help of te selleryou won't get a refund.
