Returned item, still not received refund

Hi guys, bought something from America. Returned the item, I have not heard anything from the seller and no refund. EBay have now closed the return, what can I do. Item was very small so was posted in a envelope. I do have a photo of the receipt for proof.

A photo of the receipt is no use in a dispute

You open the return and have to make sure the tracking is on the dispute

If the tracking shows Delivered or attempted delivery then you win the case and can escalate

to ebay if the seller does not refund

Was the item tracked? If so what does it say when you check it.

NO tracking you will lose any dispute
