I've been listing a collection of maps and other items for some time but suddenly I'm getting messages that required specifics are needed on some of my listings. In every case the item is one of the maps and each one's title is in this style -   OS Landranger Map (number) (area covered)   listed under Books, Comics & Magazines>Textbooks, Education & Reference>Maps & Atlases which is where I've been listing other maps for some time. Maybe there is a better category to use? Is there?   and the message is that I need to add - Author, Publication Name, Type required   How can I complete these specifics - maps do not have an Author and the Publication Name and Type are both in the title. I'm even being asked, under recommended specifics, for the name of the German federal state the product references which is impossible as they're all UK. I've already, in recommended specifics, entered (Series) Ordnance Survey, (Country) United Kingdom, and (Map Scale) 1:50,000. Surely everything I need, as a minimum, is there.   Help,   Thanks ... Hi  I have a problem with a return request.  The buyer requested a refund due to the item arriving damaged. When looking at the pictures the buyer's sent me I saw I might be able to find a replacement for the damaged jar. Therefore, I've accepted the request and offered a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.  However, when I received the item today it was completely broken, well beyond the damage the buyer initially complained about was visible in their pictures and well beyond repair. The picture on the right shows how the buyer received the item and the picture on the left shows how I received the return today.  My question is, what are my options regarding the refund? I know a buyer is entitled to a full refund if they receive an item damaged, but what if the item gets even more damaged during the return transit due to bad packaging done by the buyer?  Please, I'd be grateful for any advise or suggestions.  Thanks in advance!!! ... help please, the seller agreed for me to return item - I am paying postage - I was originally going to use ebay - which gave me a tracking no. but I did not print the label - but instead took to post office and have a tracking receipt from post office.  now, ebay is not allowing me to put my post office tracking no in - which I need to do to give seller the details, and also record this on ebay, as I usually claim postage back from paypal.  Can anyone tell me have to do this please? ... I sold an item on 3rd July. It was posted on 8th July. On 12th July the buyer contacted me stating item had not been received   I asked the buyer to wait 7 days, as it was posted 2nd class. I had nothing heard from the buyer, the item was showing as despatched not delivered.  So I refunded today   Then i have a message from the buyer saying item has been received. And wants to return the refund   She asked for my bank account details ( which I refused)  I suggested payment through PayPal. f and f so I don't pay a fee ?
